Motorola blamed China’s telecommunications equipment vendor, Huawei for stealing some company trade secret information. Motorola previously accused Lemko of being behind the company information sales to Huawei.

Now, Motorola has changed its accusation to five former employees who moved to Lemko Corp. as the information theft ringleader. This case is being handled Chicago court. Motorola directly accused one of five former employees for sending confidential documents to the founder of Huawei. The company is very aware that the information was stolen from its employees.

“Huawei knew they received information on Motorola’s trade secrets that were stolen without authorization and approval of Motorola, the documents were attached with the word” confidential “,” the court wrote in the report Motorola.

The case is not the first time where Motorola is in conflict with Lemko, especially with former employees who worked at Lemko. In 2008 an employee who still works at Motorola and is thought to work well in Lemko known at O’Hare airport on a plane, heading for China and brought approximately 1000 and sold for Motorola documents USD30.000.

Huawei denied when they relate directly to my ex-Motorola employees directly. They claimed only to have a relationship with Lemko and no sale of secret documents. Huawei is often accused of stealing a number of other proprietary trade information. Last time Huawei was accused of stealing trade secrets, by Cisco. Cases like these are considered damaging China’s image as a whole.
