According to research by Dmitri Williams, professor at the University Annenberg School for communication, shows that in some cases women play online games longer than men, and even got the nickname gamer freak.

Research conducted at the 7000 games player massively multiplayer online RPG (MMORPG), EverQuest II. MMORPG is a genre of online game that allows players to explore the game world. Usually, to raise the level of character, they have to kill monsters or do the work that had been prepared.
