Facebook ‘Kills’ IE6

For those of you who frequently access Facebook using the browser Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) soon you will not be able to play certain features, such as chat. Social networking site with 500 million users that now began to attract support for IE6. Users will not be made through the facilities of Facebook Chat. Officially, Facebook will kill IE6 later on September 15 2010. This date coincides with the launch of the beta IE9 conducted by Microsoft.
Facebook explained, the decision was taken after many users complained about the instability while chatting, or even through chat conversation stopped altogether. The instability appears when the user is chatting on Facebook using older browsers. Microsoft actually plans to attract support in IE6 with Windows XP until April 2014. Admittedly, the software giant is pulling support for IE6 is not an option. But Microsoft is trying to further promote while criticizing IE6 IE8.
Meanwhile, there are many technology companies that have already withdrawn their support for IE6. Among them are Google, the internet giant has pulled out IE6 support for Google Docs and Google Sites, Gmail and Google Calendar, and YouTube.
